We make this delicious sauce using a blend of flavors:  sweet, smooth vinegars and hot jalapenos.  It is sweet, with a wonderful flavor and a rolling heat!  We recommend to use it as a marinade or to dress up Asian style foods.  It adds what you need as a finishing sauce for fried rice or stir fries.  It makes a Thai peanut sauce by adding it to peanut butter and stirring with a spoon or fork.  Takes about a minute!  Adds a sweet zip to any mixed drink.   Warms up a frozen Margarita.
Use as a dressing on Asian salads.  A wonderful marinade for chicken, pork, lamb, fish or shrimp.  Great on chicken wings!  Adds a ZIP to mayonnaise & mustards.  Add a little to make an adult version of ketchup.   I use a little as a secret ingredient in soups, stews and sauces.  It brightens the flavors.
