  1. 16 Button Crimi Mushrooms or 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  2. 2 Oz. Cream Cheese
  3. 3 Tbs. Terra Verde Foods Hatch Green Chili Sauce
  4. 3 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  5. 2 Tbs. Asiago Cheese
  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve. Chop mushroom stems in food processor; add remaining ingredients to food processor bowl and process until smooth. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet, pipe mixture into mushroom caps. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
  1. May be served warm or at room temperature. Grate Asiago Cheese on to mushroom prior to serving.
