Spicy Cranberry Cherry Glaze

- 1/4 cup, plus 2 Tbsp. TVF Spicy Cranberry Cherry Relish™
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp. Coarse ground Black Pepper
- Place honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Allow honey to bubble and caramelize until it is a light golden brown. Add orange juice and reduce by half. Puree Spicy Cranberry Cherry Relish™ and add to pan with black pepper. Continue to simmer two minutes. Use as a glaze on duck, chicken, pork, and other meats.
