Grilling season can be year-round, just add our sauce and the flavors of the summer grill come through. We use our smoker to smoke jalapenos using our peach wood for the smooth smokie flavor of our Chipotle. Smoky and hot but not too hot! Add our Maple Piper Nigrum and you have a Texas BBQ or pulled pork sauce.
Serve on roasted or grilled game, fish, chicken, beef or pork ribs. Great on avocados and/or goat cheese. Add to your guacamole for a delightful addition.
Quick lunch that is light & good for you: Take half an avocado, fill the seed hole with our Plum Chipotle, add a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt. Eat it right out of the skin. Then eat the other half!
