  1. 1 Cup Polenta
  2. 4 Cups Water
  3. ½ Cup Terra Verde Foods Hatch Green Chili Sauce
  4. 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Bring water to a boil, slowly whisk in Polenta, and simmer on medium heat until polenta starts to thicken, add remaining ingredients, and simmer ten minutes. Pour into oiled 9 x 12 baking sheet, spread evenly cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2+ hours.
  1. Cut into serving sizes.
