Mexican Chocolate Raspberry Crepes

  1. 4 10” Flour Tortilla
  2. 4 Tbs. Terra Verde Foods Raspberry Cocoa Preserves
  3. 4 Tbs. Chocolate Chips
  4. ½ Cup Whipped Cream (or 1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream)
  5. Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
  1. Individually soften tortilla on griddle or sauté pan over medium high heat, about ½ minute per side. Spread 1 Tbs. Terra Verde Foods Raspberry Cocoa Preserves on tortilla, sprinkle with 1 Tbs. Chocolate Chips and roll tortilla heat to melt chocolate chips, turning 2-3 times (about 1-2 minutes). Remove to warm platter or place in low oven while completing remainder of “crepes”. Plate and top with whipped cream or ice cream. Serve immediately.
