- 1- Jar Terra Verde Farms Hatch Green Chili Sauce (16 oz.)
- ½ Cup Mexican Crema
- 1 Cup Half & Half or whole milk
- 1 Potato (10 oz.) Diced
- ¼ Tsp. White Pepper
- ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
- Cook diced potatoes until soft in water (about 8-10 minutes); drain.
- Place all ingredients in sauce pan bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Simmer 5 minutes to meld flavors, blend in blender until smooth…. Serve hot or chill and serve as a cold soup.
