  1. 1- Jar Terra Verde Farms Hatch Green Chili Sauce (16 oz.)
  2. ½ Cup Mexican Crema
  3. 1 Cup Half & Half or whole milk
  4. 1 Potato (10 oz.) Diced
  5. ¼ Tsp. White Pepper
  6. ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  1. Cook diced potatoes until soft in water (about 8-10 minutes); drain.
  2. Place all ingredients in sauce pan bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Simmer 5 minutes to meld flavors, blend in blender until smooth…. Serve hot or chill and serve as a cold soup.
