  1. 2 Avocados
  2. ½ Tbs. Fresh tarragon, chopped
  3. 1 Clove garlic, quartered
  4. Juice of half a lime
  5. 2 Tbs. Fresh chives, chopped
  6. 2 Tbs. Butter
  7. 1 Tbs. Fresh cilantro, chopped
  8. ¼ Cup cream
  9. Kosher Salt to taste
  1. In food processor fitted with chopping blade, puree avocado with garlic, lime juice, and herbs. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in avocado puree and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add cream and continue to heat, but do not allow to boil. Salt to taste.
